Description
THROMAXIN is Azithromycin, indicated in upper respiratory tract infections, including pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis, otitis media, lower respiratory tract infections including bronchitis, pneumonia; skin and soft tissue infections. Azithromycin is also indicated in the treatment of uncomplicated genital infections due to Chlamydia trachomatis and uncomplicated gonnorrhoea from sexually transmitted diseases of men and women. Azithromycin may also be used for prophylaxis in at-risk patients unable to take penicillins.
